I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location near the lake and in the heart of Germany was simply breathtaking. Being surrounded by nature and having the Alp mountains in view added to the overall charm of this place. The spacious and clean rooms provided enhanced comfort, and the large balcony allowed me to enjoy the stunning alpine mountain chain. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality, and the onsite restaurant served delicious meals with a fine wine selection. The spa and wellness center provided a great place to relax, with a spacious indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty treatments. this venue truly exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and comfort.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The spacious rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, boasting modern, stylish decor and comfortable amenities. The breakfast and restaurant are highly recommended, with delicious local cuisine, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel also offers amenities such as a lovely pool, gym, sauna, and steam room for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Some staff members could improve their customer service skills, as they come across as slightly abrupt and not particularly warm.

The lack of air conditioning or fans made for a hot and uncomfortable sleep during the summer months. we were disappointed to find out that the bikes were not available for rental at the hotel, despite seeing banners for bike tours.
